90-Day Limited Warranty (Used Equipment)

Covered Equipment

This warranty applies to used excavators, dumpers, and telehandlers supplied by the Company.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery or collection by the Customer.

Scope of Coverage

This is a limited warranty covering the main driveline and major components only. Covered components include, but are not limited to:

• Engine (internal components only)
• Transmission
• Final drives / axles
• Hydraulic pumps directly related to driveline function

All other components, including but not limited to electrical systems, hoses, filters, wear parts, attachments, and cosmetic items, are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.

Repair Procedure

All warranty repairs must be carried out at the Company’s designated workshop.

• The machine must be returned to the Company’s workshop at the Customer’s cost and responsibility.
• Repairs will not be undertaken on-site unless agreed in advance.

If the Customer requests or requires on-site repair:

• Travel time, mileage, accommodation (if applicable), and labour will be charged at the Company’s standard rates.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or negligent operation
• Accidental damage or impact damage
• Failure caused by lack of maintenance or improper servicing
• Use of incorrect fuels, oils, or lubricants
• Overloading or operation outside manufacturer specifications
• Wear and tear items
• Any modifications or alterations not approved by the Company

Any faults determined to fall under the above exclusions will be chargeable in full.

Inspection and Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by the Company. The Company reserves the right to:

• Approve or decline any claim
• Determine whether a failure is covered under this warranty

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair of covered components. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings or downtime
• Hire costs for replacement equipment
• Consequential or indirect losses of any kind

Acceptance

By purchasing or accepting delivery of the equipment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty.
